This is a South Catlins Community project being led by a Charitable Trust - The South Catlins Development and Environmental Charitable Trust.

The local community is concerned that the increasing tourism is impacting negatively on Curio Bay and its wildlife due to lack of suitable infrastructure.

The proposed Curio Bay Heritage Centre is our local community's vision to provide employment and protect this precious reserve for the enjoyment of current and future generations. It is our pleasure to share this international treasure with you!
